Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor, located in Patna. The Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through our course offerings, helping them choose the right courses, and providing career guidance and support. The Counselor will also assist students in understanding the practical applications of their chosen courses and support them throughout their learning journey.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide effective career counseling and guidance
• Knowledge of IT courses and industry trends
• Experience in student counseling or educational guidance
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or related field
• Familiarity with IT technologies and job market is a plus
