Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselor at ICE Technology Lab, located in Patna. The Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students in selecting appropriate IT courses, providing career counseling, and maintaining records of student progress. Additional responsibilities include assessing applicant interests and aptitudes, organizing information sessions, and building long-term relationships with students and their families. The Counselor will collaborate with faculty and administration to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Experience in career counseling, student guidance, or a related role
• Ability to assess individual aptitudes and match them with relevant courses
• Strong organizational and record management abilities
• Proficiency in presenting information to groups and individuals
• Knowledge of the IT training industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
