Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselor, located in Indore. As a Counselor, you will engage with prospective students, providing guidance on course offerings, enrollment processes, and career prospects in the digital marketing field. Daily responsibilities include interacting with potential applicants, addressing their queries, and assisting them in selecting the most suitable program. You will also collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrollment experience. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide and assist prospective students. Problem-solving and active listening abilities to address queries and provide accurate information. Organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently. Basic knowledge of digital marketing or educational programs is a plus. Previous experience in student counseling or admissions is preferred, though not mandatory.
