Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Counselor role based in Ahmedabad. The Counselor will assist clients in choosing the right visa pathways for study, work, residency, or travel abroad. Responsibilities include guiding clients through visa processes, evaluating eligibility, addressing case complexities, providing comprehensive support for IELTS and PTE preparations, and communicating with relevant authorities or institutions. The Counselor will also maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of visa processes, including student, work, PR, and tourist visas
• Proficiency in client counseling, case evaluation, and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide clients
• Knowledge of IELTS/PTE exam structures and experience in providing preparatory guidance
• Prior experience in immigration consulting or a related field is an advantage
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Capability to work independently and as part of a professional team
