Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events. Understand clients’ business needs and pitch digital marketing services accordingly (SEO, PPC, SMM, Web Development, Branding, etc.). Build strong relationships with prospective clients and maintain long-term client partnerships. Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and negotiations. Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, ad, and SEO teams) to deliver client-focused solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and new digital marketing techniques. Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, proposals, and conversions using CRM tools. Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of business development experience in a digital marketing agency is mandatory. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of digital marketing services and sales cycles. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
