👉 Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and clients on study/work opportunities in

  Europe with a focus on Germany

  .
• Guide applicants on admission requirements, documentation, financial proof, and visa processes.
• Handle end-to-end counselling – from profile assessment to application submission and follow-up.
• Stay updated on visa rules, embassy updates, and admission criteria for German universities/colleges.
• Build strong client relationships through transparent and professional guidance.
• Work with tele-counsellors and the sales team to convert leads into successful enrolments.
  

👉 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  1–3 years of experience

  as a Visa Counsellor (Europe/Germany preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  student visas, work permits, and embassy procedures

  for Germany.
• Excellent

  English communication skills

  (German language knowledge is an advantage).
• Ability to handle client queries with patience, confidence, and professionalism.
• Good computer and documentation skills.
