Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Counselor role based in New Delhi. The Counselor will guide students through their journey of pursuing higher education abroad by providing personalized advice and support. Responsibilities include assessing students' needs, recommending suitable courses and institutions, assisting with applications, and providing guidance on visa processing. The role also involves engaging with students and parents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring students have a seamless experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills to connect with students and parents effectively.
• Knowledge of international education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple student cases efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems for managing data and tracking progress.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in student counseling or the education industry is an advantage.
