The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of center management for a skilling projects like DDUGKY, OSDA, OMC, PMKY etc. Key Responsibilities:Operational Management: - Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient service delivery. - Manage staff, including training, supervision, and performance evaluation. - Manage complete inventory and administrative issues at centre - Creating and ensuring adherence of the respective staff to the mobilization and training delivery plaProgram Administration: - Plan, implement, and monitor programs and services. - Manage budgets, resources, and logistics. - Responsible for all the communication with the HO/Authority/ Community and employee - Should involve helping in mobilization planning, execution, screening, counseling and data alms. - - - Undertake the task of whole documents and data collection which are require submit to the government bodies as per their respective SOP & guideline on time without any failureQuality Assurance and Improvement: - Ensure high-quality services, monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvements. - Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. - Provide assistant and counseling to the community mobilizers.
