Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary
  • Prepare, update, and maintain MIS reports
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support


Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is a must

    (both spoken & written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
