Job Description: To support the telesales team by providing administrative assistance, maintaining customer data, processing orders, and ensuring effective communication between the sales team and clients. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist telesales representatives in managing customer inquiries, handling orders, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process. Data Entry & Management: Input and update customer information, sales orders, and activity logs in the CRM system accurately and on time. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate information regarding products, services, or order statuses. Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, track sales targets, and monitor key performance metrics to ensure targets are met. Database Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date records of customer contacts, interactions, and sales activities. Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, follow-up calls, and meetings between telesales representatives and clients. Skills & Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus. Experience: Previous administrative experience, preferably in telesales or sales-related roles. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time efficiently. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and maintaining records. Customer-Focused: Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer queries or concerns.
