Social Media Executive

Giftlaya.com is India’s fast-growing gifting and decoration brand offering balloon decoration, cakes, flowers, and personalized gifts across 100+ cities. We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish daily posts, reels, and stories across all Giftlaya social media channels.
• Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually appealing and engaging creatives.
• Research trending hashtags, audio, and content ideas relevant to gifting, events, and décor.
• Manage comments, DMs, and audience interactions in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to run paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations.
• Track post performance, engagement metrics, and competitor activities to improve reach and growth.
• Schedule and maintain a monthly content calendar ensuring brand consistency and timely posting.
• Brainstorm new ideas for campaigns, festive content, and viral trends aligned with the brand tone.

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads, and short-form video trends.
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or any video editing tools.
• Good written communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement insights.
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetic visual storytelling.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field preferred.
• MBA in Marketing is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
