Senior Sales Executive

Giftlaya is India’s fastest-growing online gifting and event decoration platform, offering customized decoration services, gifts, cakes, and flowers across 200+ cities. We bring joy to special occasions—birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, weddings, and more—through unique experiences. With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, we are now looking to scale our operations with a passionate and experienced Senior Sales Executive.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue by converting leads into bookings, managing high-ticket clients, building long-term customer relationships, and mentoring junior team members. You will be the voice of Giftlaya for our customers and a key contributor to our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Convert daily leads into confirmed bookings by understanding customer needs and offering the right packages.
• Close high-value orders and upsell additional services (e.g., cakes, flower combos, premium décor).
• Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with repeat clients and corporate partners.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of booked services.
• Maintain and update CRM records for lead tracking and sales reporting.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Train and guide junior sales team members when required.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales (experience in events, gifting, e-commerce, or hospitality preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
• High ownership and accountability for meeting targets.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
