Position: Senior Sales Executive

Experience: Minimum 5–8 Years

Location: Greater Noida

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in residential real estate sales
• Strong channel partner network and broker relations in the NCR region
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding monthly & quarterly sales targets
• In-depth understanding of Noida and Greater Noida real estate markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Hands-on experience in conducting client meetings, site visits, and deal closures
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined professional with a growth mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound leads for premium residential projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and direct clients
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client follow-ups
• Drive sales closures and achieve individual revenue targets
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and events
• Maintain accurate sales reports and client data in the CRM system
• Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referral sales
