Site Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of work. Interpret architectural and structural drawings and implement them on-site. Monitor labor, materials, and subcontractors to ensure efficient use of resources. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety, and quality standards. Prepare daily/weekly work progress reports and submit them to the Project Manager. Resolve site issues and delays through prompt decision-making and coordination. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Verify material deliveries and maintain records of site consumption and stock. Supervise setting out, leveling, and surveying tasks when required. Monitor and report on manpower deployment and productivity. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. 37 years of relevant site experience in residential/commercial/infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of civil works, structural elements, RCC, finishing, and MEP coordination. Proficient in project tracking tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle on-site challenges effectively.
