Job description:
We are hiring a Site Engineer and Supervisor for a 200 MW ground mount solar park. Responsibilities include overseeing installation of PV modules, MMS structures, DC cabling, inverters, earthing, and LT/HT panels. The role demands site supervision, quality control, safety compliance, and coordination with EPC teams. Candidates must understand PV layout drawings, pile foundations, and string monitoring systems. Knowledge of electrical testing (IR, continuity, HI-POT) is essential. Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering with 3–5 years of relevant experience required. Strong leadership, reporting, and site management skills are a must. Immediate availability preferred.
