Implement effective quality assurance programs and governance frameworks. 8. Innovation & Transformation Encourage adoption of emerging technologies, digital solutions, and best practices in healthcare delivery. Lead initiatives in hospital expansion, modernization, and service diversification. Qualifications & Experience Education: MBBS/MD, MBA (Healthcare Management), or equivalent qualification preferred. Experience: 15+ years of leadership experience in multi-specialty hospitals, with at least 5 years in a senior management/CEO role. Proven track record in hospital administration, financial management, patient care, and stakeholder engagement. Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, risk management, and quality standards.
