Client Servicing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication from inquiry to post-service support.
• Handle client queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other platforms with professionalism and empathy.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the operations/decoration teams to ensure flawless execution of services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on repeat business and referrals.
• Manage bookings, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of services (decorations, gifts, cakes, flowers, etc.).
• Resolve client concerns or complaints quickly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to upsell/cross-sell Giftlaya’s services.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, bookings, and feedback in CRM tools.

Key Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English fluency is a must).
• Strong client relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-first attitude with patience and empathy.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM/ERP knowledge preferred).

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
