About the Role:


We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, tracking key metrics, and driving customer acquisition and conversion.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Management & Execution


  • Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).


  • Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly budgets for campaigns.


  • Ensure timely delivery and optimal performance of campaigns to meet business goals.


Optimization & Performance Analysis


  • Continuously monitor, test, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and drive qualified traffic.


  • Analyze key metrics such as CPC, CPM, CPA, CTR, and ROAS to ensure campaigns are meeting performance targets.


  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creative, and targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.


  • Implement conversion tracking to measure the success of campaigns and provide actionable insights.


Reporting & Analytics


  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.


  • Utilize Google Analytics and other tracking tools to analyze and report on user behavior, campaign performance, and overall website conversion.


  • Identify key trends, issues, and opportunities based on campaign performance data.


Collaboration & Strategy Support


  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, design, etc.) to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.


  • Work with the team to develop new strategies and tactics for increasing performance and scaling campaigns.


  • Support in the development of new creative assets, including ad copy and visuals, for performance campaigns.


Budget & Resource Management


  • Ensure that all campaigns are executed within budget, and work closely with stakeholders to allocate resources effectively.


  • Provide recommendations on budget allocation based on performance data and campaign goals.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.


  • Familiarity with performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and digital marketing KPIs.


  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance marketing tools.


  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.


  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.


Preferred:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.
