Job Description

As a Communication Strategy Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with clients" business goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing monthly, quarterly, or annual marketing communication strategies based on data-driven insights and industry trends. - Overseeing the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with brand positioning and target audience preferences. - Providing strategic recommendations and performance insights to clients as a trusted advisor. - Aligning strategies with client goals and objectives, passing on written action plans to the Delivery Head and Account Managers, and reviewing execution monthly to track actions and outcomes. - Demonstrating deep expertise in marketing, staying updated on tech and marketing advancements. - Leading the copy team to ensure daily copy and content adhere to the communication strategy. - Participating in sales onboarding calls as a communication strategy expert and supporting the sales team in project pricing, plans, pitches, and proposals. - Reviewing sales proposals, contracts, and POs to ensure commitment to the right scope and timelines. - Building strong relationships with clients, identifying upselling opportunities, and delivering insightful reports. - Taking responsibility and accountability for all client and team successes and failures. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 7+ years of experience in communication strategy, preferably in an agency setting. - Proven ability in strategic thinking to develop impactful marketing strategies. - Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills for client management. - Strong leadership skills to ensure accountability from the copy team. - Creative problem-solving abilities and innovative marketing solutions. - Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and emerging digital marketing technologies.,
