Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager at our Pune office. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks will include project planning, performance monitoring, reporting, and strategic consulting to help clients achieve their marketing goals.

Qualifications

• 45 years of experience

  in

  client servicing or account management

• Project Planning, Coordination, and Performance Monitoring capabilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Background in Digital Marketing and Strategy Consulting
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in a digital agency environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
