As a Communication Strategy Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with our clients" business goals. Utilize data-driven insights and industry trends to create monthly, quarterly, or annual strategies. You will oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with brand positioning and target audience preferences. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations and performance insights to enhance their marketing efforts. Align the strategy with client goals and objectives and pass on a written action plan to the Delivery Head and Account Managers. Review the execution monthly to track actions and outcomes, making necessary adjustments if they are deviating from the plan. Stay updated with the latest marketing advancements and technologies to remain at the forefront of the digital world. Lead the copy team to ensure that daily copy and content align with the communication strategy. Participate in sales onboarding calls as a communication strategy expert when needed. Review sales proposals, contracts, POs to ensure commitment to the right scope and timelines. Build deep and meaningful relationships with clients and identify upselling opportunities as a key performance indicator. Your qualifications should include a minimum of 7+ years of experience in communication strategy, preferably in an agency setting. Strong expertise in digital marketing including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics will be advantageous. Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills are essential. Strong leadership abilities to ensure accountability from the copy team. Creative problem-solving skills and familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms are also required for this role. In this role, you will take responsibility for all client and team successes and failures, ensuring that projects are delivered according to scope and timelines. Your strategic thinking, digital marketing expertise, client management skills, leadership abilities, and tech-savviness will be crucial to driving business growth and customer engagement through innovative marketing solutions.,
