About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who’s passionate about data, creativity, and driving measurable growth.
You’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns across multiple channels — helping brands achieve maximum ROI and impact through data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Amazon Ads.
Monitor key KPIs like CAC, LTV, ROAS, and Retention to drive campaign performance.
Analyze campaign data, identify insights, and recommend optimization strategies. Collaborate with analytics and creative teams to design high-impact, conversion-driven campaigns. Understand user behavior and conduct root-cause analysis to improve performance outcomes. Run A/B and multivariate tests across channels like YouTube, programmatic, and display. Prepare performance reports and dashboards for internal and client review. Support and guide team members to ensure smooth and efficient execution.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon Ads.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with data interpretation skills.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
Deep interest in digital marketing, consumer behavior, and performance metrics.
Creative thinker with the ability to balance strategy and execution. Proactive learner, eager to experiment with new tools and technologies.
