Performance Marketing Executive

Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Executive to lead paid advertising campaigns across our hospitality client portfolio. You'll be responsible for strategy development, campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital platforms. This role requires someone who combines analytical rigor with creative problem-solving and has a proven track record of delivering ROI in competitive markets.

Campaign Management & Strategy

• Plan, build, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms
• Develop testing frameworks and optimization strategies to continuously improve campaign performance
• Manage monthly advertising budgets ranging from 5K to 50K+ per client
• Create comprehensive media plans aligned with client objectives and seasonal hospitality trends

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimization decisions
• Build and maintain performance dashboards using GA4, platform analytics, and reporting tools
• Deliver clear, actionable monthly reports highlighting ROI, KPIs, and strategic recommendations
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to extract learnings and inform future strategy

Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for performance marketing across assigned client accounts
• Present campaign strategies, results, and recommendations in client meetings
• Translate business objectives into effective marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with clients to understand seasonal trends, promotions, and business priorities

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and video editors to develop high-performing ad creative
• Brief creative requirements and provide performance feedback to improve content effectiveness
• Coordinate with the broader ThisRapt team on integrated marketing campaigns

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns
• Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (certification preferred)
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution modeling
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets of 20K+ with demonstrated ROI improvement
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client reporting and presentations
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
