Skills And Competencies

  • 3–5 years of experience in time tracking, payroll operations, payroll analytics, audit, or HR shared services.
  • Experience working in global payroll environments or multi-country payroll processes.
  • Exposure to payroll system implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis tools, and automation techniques.
  • Strong understanding of basic and advanced payroll concepts, statutory requirements, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working as a system/tool administrator (preferably payroll or HR systems).
  • Experience in audit, including internal controls, data validation, and compliance reviews.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work in any shift timing based on business requirements.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain modules for time tracking, scheduling, and payroll.
  • Manage user profiles, roles, and permission sets (e.g., End User, Supervisor, Payroll Manager).
  • Implement and monitor access control policies in compliance with internal audit standards by coordinating with in-country experts and external vendors.
  • Manage payroll/time and attendance -related projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of payroll data at all times.
  • Oversee demographic file transfers and integrations with HRIS and payroll systems
  • Manage payroll inputs reporting and provide insights for compliance and operational efficiency
  • Generate and review administrator/audit reports on biweekly basis to align data with local HR systems & audit controls
  • Act as the primary escalation point for Time and attendance related issues & address queries with in TAT.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Time and Attendance support team for timely resolution of technical problems.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and data analysis & to publish monthly status report to management.
  • Preferred: Experience in global workforce management.
  • Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
