Job Description

Global Payroll Administrator

This is a critical role ensuring seamless payroll processing, compliance with local labor laws, and maintaining a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer end-to-end payroll processes for employees in

    GCC and APAC regions

    , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, transfers, bonuses, allowances, and other compensation changes.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure payroll inputs are collected and processed within defined timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax, social security, and statutory regulations in all countries under your remit.
  • Manage multi-currency payroll calculations and reporting.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for management.
  • Handle employee queries regarding salary, tax deductions, and other payroll-related matters in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during audits related to payroll.
  • Continuously improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum

    5 years of experience in payroll administration

    with a strong focus on

    GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.) and APAC (India, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.)

    payrolls.
  • Strong understanding of regional statutory requirements, tax regulations, gratuity, social security, and labor laws.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ADP, Workday, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


Preferred Skills

  • Certification in payroll (e.g., CIPP, CPP) or regional HR/payroll certifications.
  • Experience working in multinational organizations with complex payroll structures.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
