Payroll Administrator

You will be responsible for handling all input related tasks such as overtime, sickness, special allowances, deductions, new starter and leaver within the specified time limit. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders as required and ensure that all internal procedures are adhered to. - Strong analytical and technical skills with a strong attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively - Knowledge in tax compliance software and supporting database tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word - Identify and collaborate on process efficiencies - Work effectively as part of a team - Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and customers - Organization and time management skills - Adapt quickly to change and make timely decisions - Experience in Query Management System (QMS) and data entry/reporting - Ability to achieve results through communication and facilitation in a matrix service delivery environment - Multitasking abilities - Sound judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills - Prioritization and workload management skills Qualifications Required: - Overall 2 years of work experience - Proficiency in tax compliance software and database tools - Experience in Data Entry and reporting - Demonstrable experience of prioritizing and managing workload effectively Wood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, providing solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
