About this Role

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll operations for VOIS India, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery for 15,000+ employees. This role involves handling audits, statutory requirements, SLA adherence, and driving process improvements to enhance employee experience. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and payroll partners to maintain data integrity and deliver high-quality payroll services.

What you will do

  • Manage internal and external audits effectively, ensuring compliance and documentation.
  • Process payroll for 15,000+ employees accurately and on time.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with payroll SPOCs, Finance, and HR CoEs for data collation and validation.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and payroll inputs in SuccessFactors (SF).
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of SF and vendor data.
  • Prepare and publish payroll MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Address employee payroll queries and manage payroll benefits.
  • Implement smart payroll validations and controls to minimise errors.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and enhance employee experience.

Who you are

  • Strong knowledge of Indian payroll processes, controls, and compliance.
  • Understanding of employee taxation and statutory regulations.
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors (SF).
  • Skilled in SLA management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Postgraduate or MBA preferred.
