Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of our team, you will be responsible for calculating and processing deductions such as taxes, PF, ESI, professional tax, loans, and other adjustments. You will handle employee queries related to salaries, deductions, and tax computation. Additionally, you will coordinate with HR for attendance, leave data, and incentive details, as well as liaise with the Finance department and banks for salary transfers. Key Responsibilities: - Calculate and process deductions such as taxes, PF, ESI, professional tax, loans, and other adjustments. - Handle employee queries related to salaries, deductions, and tax computation. - Coordinate with HR for attendance, leave data, and incentive details. - Liaise with the Finance department and banks for salary transfers. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources. - Good understanding of statutory compliance and tax regulations. - Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers health insurance and Provident Fund as benefits. Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.
