Job Description Language Quality Lead Position Summary As a Language Quality Lead, you will own the linguistic quality process for assigned projects or accounts. You will coordinate linguists, manage terminology, and ensure that deliverables consistently meet client expectation. What You Will Do Primary Objectives: Data Analysis, Collation, and Combining Quality Gap Analysis Quality Report Generation Collaboration with Community Management, Language Excellence, and Language Production Teams alongside other functional teams whenever required. Full ownership and execution of quality data generation across various aspects like LQIs & SQFs Base Knowledge in Lionbridge Proprietary tools such as Aurora, Phrase, and Smart Allocation Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Management: o Enable and assess quality performance for assigned languages to meet differentiated customer needs o Utilize a deep data-driven approach to assess translation service quality and analyse quality drivers o Design and deploy quality improvement plans o Collaborate with Language Leads and other functional teams to implement action plans o Ensure the credibility and retention of language services through continuous improvement 2. Data Management: o Identify and handle quality inspection tasks like LQIs, Authoritative Reviews, Offline Reviews, LQS Reviews, Client Reviews, etc. o Centralize and analyse data to identify trends and key metrics like Error Rates and Consistency Scores. o Collate overall Language Process Quality complaints from CCDB and other sources to then perform filtering and analysis. 3. Reporting: o Generate and produce reports using statistical data and methods. o Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for account quality with executive summaries and presentations. o Conduct regular meetings and have a clear reporting to the line managers. 4. Customer Satisfaction: o Understand customer business and evolving needs around Language Quality & related Data required. o Collaborate with key teams on quality management, reports, and technology initiatives. o Provide Language teams important quality input to be used during key customer meetings and presentations. To Be Successful You Will Have .
