Position Overview:

Responsible for managing end-to-end IT operations with a focus on software testing and delivery efficiency. Ensures project success through resource optimization, process improvement, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily testing operations, project delivery, and service support.
Coordinate with project managers and QA leads to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
Manage resource allocation, performance, and vendor relationships.
Implement and monitor process standards (Agile, ITIL, ISO) for continuous improvement.
Track KPIs on delivery timelines, defect rates, and SLA adherence.
Handle escalations, risk mitigation, and client communication.
Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance metrics for management review.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in IT operations or QA delivery management.
Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Expertise in testing workflows, tools (Jira, ServiceNow, TestRail), and SLA tracking.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and process automation.
Budgeting and resource planning experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
6–10 years of experience in IT operations or testing delivery management.

On-time project and release delivery.
SLA and quality metric compliance.
Team utilization and retention.
Client satisfaction and issue resolution time.
