DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operational Management: Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.
• Resource Allocation: Manage and optimize the use of hospital resources, including manpower, materials, and infrastructure.
• Process Coordination: Coordinate between clinical and non-clinical departments to maintain effective workflow and service delivery.
• Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to hospital policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
• Patient Experience: Monitor and enhance patient satisfaction by addressing service-related issues promptly.
• Staff Supervision: Supervise and support department heads and operational staff to ensure efficiency and discipline.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Budget & Cost Control: Assist in planning and monitoring departmental budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and accreditation requirements.
• Coordination with Management: Act as a liaison between the hospital administration and management for operational updates and improvements.
• Vendor & Facility Management: Oversee vendor services, maintenance, and facility management to ensure quality standards.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit operational reports, performance data, and improvement plans to senior management.
• Crisis Management: Coordinate emergency response plans and ensure operational readiness for unforeseen situations.
• Training & Development: Support training initiatives to enhance staff skills and operational efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to improve overall hospital performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
