Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle back-end operations, documentation, compliance checks, and coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and verify client documentation

processing and follow-ups.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience in operations, back-office, or documentation, preferably in financial or banking services (freshers may also apply).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of financial instruments, depository systems, or banking operations is an added advantage.

• Reliable, organized, and process-driven mindset.
