Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Mumbai, India. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational processes, team coordination, and efficiency improvements to ensure smooth execution of services. Responsibilities include managing teams, implementing operational strategies, Match SLA, ensuring service quality, and driving continuous improvements in the workflow. This role demands strong organisational capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.



Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate multiple installation teams across sites to ensure on-time, safe, and defect-free installations.

Plan and allocate daily work schedules, manpower, and resources effectively based on project priorities and site requirements.

Monitor installation progress, troubleshoot issues onsite, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Maintain effective communication with sales, logistics, manufacturing, and customer support teams for smooth project execution.

Conduct training programs and performance reviews for installation technicians to raise skill levels and operational efficiency.

Manage tools, materials, and inventory for installation activities, ensuring availability and proper utilization.

Prepare regular reports on installation progress, team productivity, and any challenges encountered.

Industry experience: Background in customer service and Modular kitchen industry background is a plus point.


What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Minimum 2 years’ experience in modular furniture / Operations management

🔹 Proven experience managing installation or field operations teams, preferably in modular furniture, interior fittings, or construction.

🔹 Knowledge of safety compliance and quality control standards specific to installation work.

🔹 Good knowledge of Modular furniture installation and post sales service process

🔹 Excellent client & team handling skills.

🔹 Ability to work under deadlines & solve site challenges.

🔹 Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage remote teams effectively.

🔹 Diploma/Graduate/post graduate.

🔹 Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
