Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Ghaziabad. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient supply chain management, and fostering partnerships. Key tasks include coordinating with manufacturing units, ensuring timely deliveries, managing procurement processes, and maintaining quality control. The Operations Manager will also be involved in customizing procurement solutions to meet client needs and implementing best practices to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain management, logistics, and procurement processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize operations and address challenges
• Familiarity with quality control measures and industry best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in using procurement software and tools
• Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad
• Experience in B2B procurement and knowledge of the export industry is a plus

Compensation & Growth

• Salary Range:

  ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on current CTC and experience).

• Future Growth:
