Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. Your goal: achieve sales targets, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. If you are ambitious, hungry to grow, and enjoy the energy of a startup, this is the role for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Track sales performance, manage the CRM, and report on results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.


Requirements

  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in sales, operations, or market development.
  • Post Graduate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, with strong knowledge of

    packaging materials

    and

    CAPEX solutions

  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Good understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to travel as per business needs.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
