Job Description

Position Overview:

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization, ensuring that business activities are efficient, effective, and meet established goals. This role involves managing processes, resources, and people to maximize productivity, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across all operational functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and monitor operational processes and procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Oversee inventory management, supply chain logistics, and resource allocation.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts for operational expenditures.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team, including hiring, training, performance management, and professional development.
  • Set clear performance goals for the operations team and monitor achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Establish and enforce quality control standards for all products and/or services.
  • Monitor customer feedback and operational data to identify and resolve issues that impact service delivery or product quality.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment between operational capacity and customer demand.
  • Prepare detailed reports on operational performance, including efficiency, quality, and financial metrics, for executive review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of progressive experience in an operations Management role, preferably within the Professional Installation Services sector.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and P&L management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
