Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide inspired leadership for the organization and coordinate daily outlet management operations. Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  
• Layout and implement active training programs across all levels of the team, sourcing external agencies as needed.
  
• Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction through personal and team pro-activeness. Focus on exceeding guest experiences by actively monitoring operations.
  
• Respond efficiently and accurately to all customer complaints and report the same on a weekly basis to management.
  
• Work with internal and external marketing teams to develop strategies and promotion plans to successfully market the outlet in relevant media.
  
• Review operational policies and procedures and improve SOPs as per business demands.
  
• Estimate future needs for AMCs, goods, equipment, and supplies, and collaborate with section heads to maintain an approved PAR.
  
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations as per internal standards and relevant civic agencies.
  
• Create, in liaison with section heads, all reports on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis as structured by management.
  
• Maintain and improve overall performance of the outlet, including cost analysis and process monitoring.
  
• Maintain knowledge of and strictly abide by Karnataka State Liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors (below 21 years), prohibited substances, intoxicated persons, drunk driving, and other licenses and statutory compliances.
  
• Build alliances and partnerships with other companies and facilitate empanelment with corporates.
  
• Support an open channel of communication between the operations team and management.
  
• Carry out any other assignment given by the immediate superior or management.
