Operations Manager

Role OverviewThe Operations Head will oversee, optimise, and scale end-to-end operations at ESZETT. This includes supply chain, warehouse management, inventory planning, logistics, order fulfilment, vendor coordination, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-driven, and thrives in a fast-moving D2C/eCommerce environment. Key Responsibilities1. Supply Chain & Inventory ManagementOversee complete supply chain operations from procurement to dispatch. Maintain optimal inventory levels across warehouses to avoid stockouts and overstocking. Implement forecasting and demand planning models. Coordinate with production teams for timely replenishment. 2. Warehouse & Fulfilment OperationsLead warehouse operations ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and speed. Ensure all inbound/outbound processes follow QC standards. Implement best practices for storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Monitor TAT for order processing and reduce operational bottlenecks. 3. Logistics & Delivery PerformanceManage 3PL logistics partners for faster, cost-effective deliveries. Improve delivery TAT across pin codes and reduce RTO rates. Track and optimize logistics cost per shipment. 4. Platform Operations (Marketplace + D2C)Oversee order flow, returns, claims, and reconciliation on platforms like Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Ajio, Amazon, etc. Ensure listings, pricing, offers, and inventory sync remain accurate. Resolve operational escalations with marketplace account managers. 5. Process Excellence & AutomationBuild strong SOPs across operations, warehouse, packaging, and QC. Identify inefficiencies and implement automation tools to scale operations. Drive continuous improvement projects to strengthen operational performance. 6. Team & Vendor ManagementManage and mentor warehouse teams, logistics teams, and coordinators. Build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and service partners. Ensure strict adherence to compliance, safety, and operational KPIs. Key Skills & Qualifications5–10 years of experience in eCommerce/D2C operations or supply chain management. Strong understanding of logistics, warehouses, supply chain, and marketplace operations. Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and operational dashboards. Experience with WMS, OMS, ERP tools is preferred. Leadership qualities with excellent problem-solving ability. Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines.
