Inventory Manager

Our warehouse is the core of our brand operations — managing everything from raw materials to the latest fashion drops that reach our customers. We are looking for an Inventory Manager who’s organized, detail-driven, and passionate about efficiency to take full ownership of our warehouse stock management process. Role OverviewThe Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all inventory-related activities — including stock accuracy, movement, replenishment, and reporting. This person ensures that ESZETT’s inventory is always accurate, updated, and well-positioned to meet demand across online and offline channels. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate stock levels across all product categories (finished goods, fabrics, trims, packaging, etc.) Oversee daily inbound and outbound inventory movement with the warehouse team Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation with Unicommerce or WMS software Monitor inventory ageing and initiate clearance or transfer plans as needed Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and purchase teams to ensure smooth material flow Implement inventory control processes to minimize discrepancies and losses Track SKU-level performance and ensure the right products are available at the right time Maintain records of GRNs, POs, and returns and verify data accuracy Supervise picker/packer teams to ensure goods are located, packed, and dispatched efficiently Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports for management Ensure warehouse organization, labelling, and safety standards are followed Skills & QualificationsProven experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain management (preferably in apparel/fashion) Strong understanding of Unicommerce / WMS / ERP systems Excellent Excel and data reporting skills Good analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to lead and manage a small operational team Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (preferred) Key AttributesDetail-oriented and accountable Strong sense of ownership and process discipline Comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion environment Team player with leadership potential
