Our warehouse team plays a critical role in ensuring every order reaches the customer on time, in perfect condition, and with a touch of care. Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking products from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing them for dispatch in line with ESZETT’s quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Picking: Accurately locate and pick items from shelves based on order sheets or handheld scanner instructions. Order Packing: Pack products neatly and securely to prevent damage during shipping. Quality Check: Inspect products for any defects or discrepancies before packing. Inventory Handling: Assist in stock counting, replenishment, and organization of warehouse shelves. Dispatch Support: Coordinate with dispatch team to ensure timely order handover to delivery partners. Workplace Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized packing station and warehouse environment. Safety Compliance: Follow all warehouse safety rules and guidelines. RequirementsMinimum 10th/12th pass (higher education preferred). Prior experience in warehouse or eCommerce order fulfillment is an advantage. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights. Basic understanding of order management systems or willingness to learn. Good attention to detail and ability to work quickly without compromising quality. Positive attitude and team spirit.
