Job Summary

As an Operations Manager, you’ll oversee administrative functions, coordinate interdepartmental workflows, supervise front-office and support staff, and ensure a seamless patient experience. This role combines leadership, organization, and a service mindset—playing a vital part in our mission to deliver high-quality healthcare.

I. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the administrative and front-office teams
  • Oversee appointment scheduling, reception, and patient inquiries
  • Manage digital and physical documentation, records, and logs
  • Ensure facility readiness, inventory procurement, and office cleanliness
  • Track GST filings, invoicing, and compliance with business taxes
  • Coordinate logistics and dispatch of reports, samples, and inventory
  • Handle license renewals, utilities, biomedical waste, and tax compliance
  • Serve as a bridge between admin, lab, pharmacy, and operations teams
  • Monitor daily billing, cash handling, and reconciliation
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and leave approvals
  • Support training, onboarding, and performance reporting
  • Address patient or staff escalations professionally and promptly

II. Qualifications & Skills

A. Education

  • Mandatory: Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or MBA
  • Required: Bachelor’s in Commerce, Management, or Healthcare Administration

B. Preferred Certifications (optional but valued)

  • Hospital Operations or Healthcare Admin certifications
  • GST/Business Compliance Training
  • Digital Tools: Tally ERP, MS Office, CRM/HRMS systems
  • CPR or First Aid certification

C. Core Competencies

  • Leadership and staff coordination
  • Healthcare facility familiarity
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of billing, compliance, and documentation
  • Customer service orientation and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in MS Office, billing systems, and digital tools
