Job Description

Job Title: Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the entire supply chain vertical and team, including sourcing,

vendor management, and logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Oversee inventory management, stock tracking systems and maintaining optimal stock levels.

Manage warehouse operations, including setting up a WMS, layout planning, workflow optimization, and implementation of standard operating procedures.

Implement and monitor key performance indicators for operational efficiency, continuously improving processes.

Develop and enforce safety and quality standards within the warehouse.

Lead, train, and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Be adaptable and open-minded, ready to tackle new challenges and contribute to various aspects of the business as it grows.

Eligibility:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.

Experience in sourcing management

Experience with demand forecasting to maintain accurate inventory levels.

Demonstrated ability to set up warehouse operations from scratch and implement effective systems. Proficiency in warehouse management systems and other relevant operational software.

Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
