oversees daily employee management includes hiring, engagement, retention, rewards and recognition, ensuring seamless, compliant, and cost-effective support, handling escalations, driving process improvements, collaborating with HR/Legal, and using data to enhance service delivery for mobility, blending strategic oversight with hands-on execution. Coordinate daily dispatch, routes, and schedules for optimal performance. Implement strategies for fuel efficiency and cost reduction. Utilize GPS, telematics, and fleet software for monitoring and optimization. Develop and enforce preventive maintenance programs. Oversee vehicle inspections, repairs, and records. Manage vehicle acquisition, licensing, registration, and remarketing/disposal. Recruit, train, and manage drivers, monitoring behavior and performance. Ensure compliance with working hours and company policies. Conduct performance evaluations and foster a safety culture. Analyze data (KPIs, costs, utilization) to improve operations. Develop budgets and report performance to management. Experience in transportation/logistics.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.Knowledge of fleet management software and telematics.Familiarity with vehicle types (including EVs, if applicable). Develop SOPs, leverage technology for automation, identify operational pain points, and contribute to product roadmaps.
