Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience, managing staff, maintaining high standards of food, service, and cleanliness, and driving profitability. looking for above 15 years experienced person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain quality standards for food, service, and overall guest experience
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and food quality
• Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive business
• Ensure equipment maintenance and cleanliness standards are met
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an operations manager or similar leadership role in a restaurant
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality industry best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and restaurant management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food Safety and Hygiene certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
