What You'll Actually Do

Month 1–3: Stabilize & Activate

• Take over day-to-day operations: FSSAI compliance, inventory management, vendor coordination

• Activate e-commerce infrastructure

  : integrate brand storytelling into website, coordinate logistics/shippers, optimize backend
• Be the execution bridge between CEO/founder, strategists, design, and finance teams
• Create systems where chaos currently reigns

Month 3–6: Build & Scale

• Develop SOPs that work in the Indian context (production workflows, distribution, compliance)
• Coordinate with labs and regulatory bodies for quality assurance

• Drive e-commerce toward 50% revenue

  : retention mechanics, customer journey optimization, ad spend coordination
• Support COGS analysis and navigate 40% GST realities for cold-chain kombucha
• Potentially hire and manage junior team members (production support, delivery coordination)

Month 6–12: Lead & Grow

• Operationalize

• Hit success metrics: 50% e-commerce revenue, 30%+ repeat customers, cash-positive monthly operations

• Function as operational backbone while founder focuses on brand/product/vision
• Potential path to COO/GM as we scale from ₹40 lakhs to crores
• Help execute on long-term brand evolution and market expansion
