Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Front of House Greet and assist guests courteously at entry, box office, and concession counters. Handle ticket sales, reservations, and online booking queries. Position Summary The Operations Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service delivery teams.
