Theatre Operations Staff

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Front of House

• Greet and assist guests courteously at entry, box office, and concession counters.
• Handle ticket sales, reservations, and online booking queries.
• Guide customers to auditoriums and ensure orderly seating.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and provide quick resolutions.

Concessions & Retail

• Operate food & beverage counters efficiently.
• Maintain hygiene and stock levels of popcorn, beverages, and snacks.
• Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash responsibly.

Auditorium & Facility Management

• Ensure theatres are cleaned and prepared before every show.
• Check seating, lighting, and sound before and after each screening.
• Maintain safety standards, including exit pathways and emergency signage.
• Support projection staff if required in coordinating show timings.

Back-End Support

• Assist in stock management for concessions and theatre supplies.
• Follow shift schedules and coordinate with team members for smooth operations.
• Report any equipment faults, safety issues, or irregularities immediately to the management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum: Higher Secondary / Graduate in any stream.
• Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or cinema operations preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills will also be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
