Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager specializing in MICE events at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless execution of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions. Your role will involve managing event operations, coordinating with clients and vendors, supervising the event team, and ensuring successful event delivery within budget. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage MICE events to ensure timely delivery and quality execution. - Coordinate with clients, vendors, and venues for seamless event logistics. - Supervise the event team, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure smooth operations. - Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and control expenses to maximize profitability. - Oversee on-site logistics including transportation and accommodations for participants. - Address and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events to guarantee client satisfaction. - Conduct post-event reviews to evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in event operations, preferably in the MICE industry. - Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential for this role. - Proficiency in event management software and MS Office is required. - Ability to manage large-scale events and effectively resolve on-site challenges.
