Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Manager, working for US clients. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring that all systems and processes are functioning seamlessly, including basic accounts reconciliation, vendor correspondence, and daily operational tasks to help hotel management. Responsibilities include managing property operations like vendor management, payments and invoice management, revenue and expense reporting, and billing. The Operations Manager will work closely with the team to optimize property operations and guest satisfaction.

• Experience in property management and operations (Optional)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in property management software and technology
• Ability to work remotely in US time zones.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (Optional)
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
