Coordinate with the operations teams to ensure aligned communication and goals. Regularly report on campaign effectiveness. Preferred candidate profile Proven track record in marketing and business development, preferably in the security services or facility management industry. Eligibility: 15–20 years of experience in the security services industry, OR MBA with 10+ years of team leadership experience in any field. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with clients. Guide and supervise field supervisors and ensure effective field control. Conduct regular field visits to monitor service quality and performance. Oversee recruitment, deployment, and training of security guards. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and client satisfaction. Requirements & Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written). Thoroughly updated with the latest technologies for communication, reporting, and operations. Proven experience in operations or team management. Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently.
